I wish someone would give me a common-sense, plain English reason as to why diversity is our "greatest asset". For instance, it didn't prove to be our "greatest asset" at Fort Hood, in spite of what some stupid general said. I would think that people who qualify for the job, and are the most highly qualified, would be the greatest asset to any position.

Anyone with a modicum of intelligence and an ounce of common sense understands this. The question is whether all of these leaders promoting diversity are really this stupid, or are just lying to benefit their careers.
