The SOB has been retiring for a longer time than he was on active duty.
He announced in June 2012 because they found Holder in contempt of Congress.
So it seems to be a ploy to keep him out of Prison. Not a ploy on Congress, but
to hold off until people forget about his Contempt. Boehner = Ignore
Yea, it has been going on for a while now and every time I see his name I remember why.
