“Those emails are out there somewhere.”
Yes they are, but you’d either have to know who she corresponded with and check the relevant ISP or do a search of all ISPs on the planet for the duration of her tenure.
Well then the owners of clintonmail.com should be ashamed of themselves (a futile effort to save face on my part).
“Quite frankly, I’m not concerned about Hillary’s email to other .gov addresses. I’m sure they’re benign.”
Huh??
“I’m also sure she knows when something is classified.”
She’ smart?
“As a Secretary of State, if you wanted to hand off something classified, what better way to do it than in person through the old diplomatic pouch? “
She’s smart? actually did any real work?
Had others do the work she’s not capable of?
She’s just using her phone. LOL
This is clearly a well thought out plan to circumvent the law.
Hillary’s server system was put into place in anticipation of exactly the kind of cover up she engaged in after the Benghazi terrorist murders.
So now we have a cover-up of the cover-up.
The Clintons and Obama make Dick Nixon look like a Boy Scout.
Who cares whether they are real or not? Why not make them up? They could be real. You know, "fake but accurate."
The point is that without the server itself being made available in an "unscrubbed" condition, how does she effectively deny the existence of any alleged e-mail that comes to light?
allow me to present fake but accurate....

Bill and Hillary leaving the whitehouse with the Clinton Server....BILL’s that is...
Mikey, I can tell that’s a photoshopped keyboard. A real White House keyboard would have had the “W” key peeled off. ;)
Seriously, nice photo of the happy couple. Too bad it’s as they leave the White House, not entering a penitentiary where they belong.
Part of the “why” is that the people she emailed with using the private address willfully broke the law as well, if they were doing government business.
ahahah I had Thought about the W’s but realized....that a missing wouldnt likely have been visible....
” Too bad its as they leave the White House, not entering a penitentiary where they belong.”
I think that can be arranged given a few minutes..
And who would presumably have as much to lose as she if their messages got into the wrong hands.
” but I will point out that Hillary Clinton has never struck me as a “rocket science” level of intellect. She’s about as dumb as they come. “
She was kicked off the Watergate investigation by a lifer Democrat who couldn’t take anymore of her lying, and fraud. Nothing has changed.
Unless they use the threat of disclosing the information to blackmail her. That’s my point.
“Huh??”
In other words, she deliberately used private to private email for corrupt purposes and would only use private to gov if it were “safe”, the entire intent behind the home server.
It doesn’t matter if Hillary committed 20 felonies a day, on video, in public, with 2,000 witnesses.
She is of the protected class and will never be held accountable in any way for anything. EVER. Short of murder she can commit just about any crime she wants with total impunity (and even then she might get away with murder when she declares her prosecution a ‘war on women’).
In the world of Progressives there is no such thing as actual criminal activity. All crime is either inadvertent or the result of oppression from some outside group so it can always be rationalized and ignored.
“As a Secretary of State, if you wanted to hand off something classified, what better way to do it than in person through the old diplomatic pouch?”
As SoS, if you wanted to hand off something classified to someone you’re not supposed to be having connections to at all (say, gunrunners in Libya planning to attack the US Embassy there), what better way to do it than store relevant emails on a “secure but hackable” private off-site server? No physical trace/contact, erasable logs.
I believe that external parties were not breaking the law. They never signed on the dotted line, and it is not their duty to know who is and who is not subject to what regulations. Furthermore, they had no way to know that clintonemail.com is not ran by the State Dept. IT - and it could have been.
