Twenty years after 189 nations adopted a platform to achieve equality for women at a groundbreaking U.N. conference, the secretary-general said progress is too slow "and our gains are not irreversible."

“Secretary-General Ban Ki-moons been Smoking Horse Manure again”
Question: How can you smoke what you’re made of?
As far as sexual equality is concerned, Korea has a lot farther to go than does the US.

You know this is directed at the US with their poor record on equality for women and human rights... /s It's directed at the US because the US needs to elect a woman president in 2016.... namely Hillary. Everyone's getting on board with the "The US must elect Hillary to prove they don't hate women" bandwagon.

this is for US consumption not the rest of the world. Moon is saying this as a means of weakening the USA further. (IOW he is talking about the military not business)

the key is getting men to change their "mindsets. Don't be fooled. What he is saying is that women are incapable of making it on their own.

Exactly what "equality" is it we're supposed to be striving for? Some kind of statistical parity in the workplace? Greater attendance at women's pro basketball games? Giving women the vote? What?
I was under the impression that men and women were already equal in the eyes of the law, at least in America.
