Exactly, there is obviously no free speech at the University. Free Speech should mean exactly that. But you can’t insult a minority. The President is just another product of our politically correct education system — as are so many other posters on this board..

This is not a Free Speech issue.

The frat lost it’s national charter to a private organization and university policy states that a frat must have a national charter to be on campus.

What part of this amendment specifically was violated at the university?

You appear to be another poster confusing free speech with the right to say whatever you want with no consequences.

How many of these now former frat boys have lost their freedom (as in how many are incarcerated due to their speech).

None. Zero. They’re still free to say whatever they want.
