It may come as a shock to some, but in my last shipboard tour, the absolutely most aggressive Sailors (sexually) were females. Was always certain the reason for that was they knew nothing would ever happen to them if they played the ‘victim card’. This was 10 years ago and the Battle Group I was in traded ‘jilted lovers’ around the various ships like cards. Won’t even mention the 20% pregnancy rates, because my Navy will tell you they don’t keep those statistics.
Pregnancy is a good way to opt out of combat, or even some postings, should the need arise.
