It doesn't matter where he is or, frankly, who he is. The staff that make up his team do all the damage ... under his protection, of course. He has never been anything other than a non-assailable (because he's black) figurehead under which others tear apart this nation.
He's playing the Prez role, golfing and vacationing in between speeches.
It has to be more than tens of millions. It is tens of millions just for one trip. Well maybe 5 mil. but after it is all added up, wow.
I believe the standard knee-jerk response is to simply say “Bush took more vacations.”

When it comes to tracking the cost of Obama family vacations, there are two primary challenges. First, the Obamas are prolific jet-setters, so there are many details to track. Second, the Obama administration, clearly embarrassed by these lavish and frequent family vacations, stonewalls the release of records at every turn.
All that cash from Obammy Care going to fund stuff like this. Case Closed.
Then I guess they’ve got 19 more to go, so they can have a vacation for each state.
