They really, really, really need to get a big gubmint jobs program going in Nigeria so these folks can work hard and pay confiscatory taxes like regular civilized folks.
Maybe they can even institute some Midnight Basketball to help keep folks occupied when these disadvantaged and bored youts aren't at their evening prayers. EBT cards and lots of Section 8 housing would probably help too.
There's lots of ideas and answers to this problem. It's just going to require more government bureaucrats, programs, earnest dialogue, and compassion.

He was being a tad sarcastic. King Obama told us not to get on our "high horse" about judging Islamists because of the Crusades and some other things that happened in the past. By that logic, nobody should ever judge anybody about anything.
Except liberals are always free to judge conservatives but not vice versa...that's the only exception.
