Emails obtained through a federal lawsuit show that two top aides to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton were running interference internally during the 2012 Benghazi terror attack.
The aides were Philippe Reines, widely described as Clintons principal gate-keeper, and Cheryl Mills, who has been at Clinton's side for decades.
The emails show that while receiving updates about the assault as it happened, Mills told then-State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland to stop answering reporter questions about the status of Ambassador Chris Stevens, who was missing and later found dead.

Ides of March bttt!
[and Cheryl Mills, who has been at Clinton’s side for decades.]
I remember her name from the Clinton scandals. I just can’t remember which one, or ones.
She’s african-american. Pretty woman.
Cheryl Mills
Deputy chief of mission for the U.S. in Libya Gregory Hicks testified Wednesday that he was told by the State Department not to meet with Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R., Utah), when he traveled to Libya to investigate the Benghazi attack.
Hecky durn.
No, she is not.
BTTT
While men were dying, Phillipe the Gatekeeper and Cheryl, Hillary’s pet were “running interference”, I assume for Hillary? They were protecting Hillary before anyone knew she needed to be protected.......
Is not what? African-american or pretty?
Very busy indeed, thanks for the link.
Anything human, perhaps.
Philippe Reines Read the flak.
Well, I’m glad you agree with me that the RATS are going down in flames this week, with more fireworks to come.
"Mills was also one of three Clinton White House lawyers who recommended Bill Clinton release the private letters of Kathleen Willey, in violation of the Privacy Act. Thanks to Judicial Watchs legal efforts in this case, Bill Clinton was the first sitting president to be found to have committed a crime by a federal court when he authorized the release of letters written to him by Ms. Willey, whom the former president sexually assaulted in the Oval Office. (Mills was one of the lawyers who defended Bill Clintons perjury and obstruction of justice in the failed Senate trial to remove the impeached president. That may impress some, but most Americans are tired of corrupt politicians getting away with high crimes and misdemeanors.)"

Also littered throughout the State Department emails, obtained by conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch, are references to a so-called Benghazi Group. A diplomatic source told Fox News that was code inside the department for the so-called Cheryl Mills task force, whose job was damage control.
The effort to stop Nuland from answering reporter questions also may have contributed to confusion over the nature of the attack. Clinton that night had put out the first statement wrongly linking the attack to a supposed protest sparked by an obscure, anti-Islam YouTube video but that was never updated that night.
“Cheryl Mills was instrumental in making sure the big lie was put out there,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said.

Journalist Michael Hastings was investigating CIA Director John Brennan for an upcoming expose project prior to his tragic death in a car accident, the reporters wife, Elise Jordan, confirmed. XETV-TV reporter Kimberly Dvorak claims sources had told her the exact same thing.
Additionally, an anonymous source recently provided the news station with an alarming email hacked from CIA contractor Strafors President Fred Burton. The email, which was posted on WikiLeaks, claimed that Brennan previously headed up the governments effort to crackdown on investigative journalists.
Brennan is behind the witch hunts of investigative journalists learning information from inside the beltway sources, the alleged email reads. Note There is specific tasker from the WH to go after anyone printing materials negative to the Obama agenda (oh my.) Even the FBI is shocked. The Wonder Boys must be in meltdown mode
The emails authenticity has not been confirmed.

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano doesnt believe in using email.
I think email just sucks up time, Napolitano told an incredulous group of reporters on Tuesday, speaking at a breakfast hosted by The Christian Science Monitor.
Napolitano, who said she doesnt text or Twitter either, said she may use email at some point, but right now, its not in the cards.
In many respects, in a job like mine, its inefficient, Napolitano said, noting that she is briefed by staff frequently and prefers to use the phone for much of her work. I stopped using email when I was attorney general of Arizona. I was like, Why am I spending my time scrolling through this?

She’s been carrying water for a while.
