It appears this man was illegally in the USA, that we tried to deport him in 2013, that Cameroon refused to take him back because they could not verify his identity, and that US Immigration authorities released him because there is a time limit on how long they can hold someone in custody before deporting him.

He was convicted of the bank robbery in 2000, while using his false name and documentation.

It's not clear how much time he spent in prison, if any time at all, because most of the case files are sealed, including the file that explains why the case files were sealed in the first place.

Too bad this guy acted up before the Obamalaw action points could be enacted. One of the recommendations is to limit police force or restraint when dealing with children, pregnant women, the elderly, or those who are not english speaking!
