Yes, talk to the nation’s socialists on the left and they will ask spurious questions on whether you personally have any repercussions of Obama’s lawlessness – as thought that is the standard for oppression.

I’m sure many people in Germany were unaffected by Hitler’s oppression, but that doesn’t mean it didn’t take place.

And it can very well be that by the time it gets down to that level, it’s too late for many.

Have you addressed the larger issue of the Obama regime’s trashing of the rule of law?

It’s easy to pretend this is no big deal taken in a small ball context, but in terms of what else the regime has done, this is a serious issue.

Yes, exactly.

1. The Obama regime has tried all manner of schemes to eviscerate the people’s Commonsense Civil Rights such as the right of armed self-defense.

It has Failed in those efforts.

2. It’s plan ‘B’ is to simply go around the other branches of the government and Dictate what it wants, by hook or by crook.

Man, my 10,000 rounds of that stuff is beginning to look a bit small. ;o)

Need to get some more.

That’s like the joke about the woman talking to a neighbor saying she had 20,000 rounds and the neighbor saying, ‘don’t worry, there will be plenty of time to get more’.

Of course, that kind of an old joke given today’s circumstances.

Isn’t funny how all of those agencies under Obama’s control seemingly overnight became independent agencies?

They just happen to do exactly what he wants them to do but somehow he’s not controlling them.

Of course I’ve addressed the larger issue.
You can’t address the larger issue without having an accurate handle on the smaller issues, and seems most people talking about the M855 issue don’t know where the d@mn handle is.
I didn’t say it was no big deal. I’m saying it is a deal with very specific boundaries & traits, and you can’t deal with it if you don’t know what even the central legal term means.

Hysteria kills.

Stupid thing is: a week ago I was interested in getting rid of all my M855 just because I can’t use it at the indoor range (tears up the backstop). Now I’m debating getting rid of it because now’s the time to sell it for $1/round and buy a new rifle.

Where?

Where did you mention Obama’s attacks on the rule of law?

Where did you mention Obama’s illegal amnesty?

Where did you mention his arbitrary altering of the Obamacare law?

Where? FR.

Not everything in the world need be discussed in a thread specifically about whether a particular ban on a particular type of ammo can be expanded to other types of ammo.

This thread is not about immigration amnesty.
This thread is not about Obamacare.
This thread is not about the Obama’s usurping rule of law generally.
This thread is about whether “ATF’s Absurd AR-15 “Armor-Piercing” Ammo Ban Can Be Abused To Ban Common Rifle, Pistol Ammo”, and I’m making the relevant comment that the premise grossly misunderstands what “armor piercing” means in this legal context.

And while you’re freaking out about a complete stranger not addressing Obamacare and usurpation of immigration law on a thread having absolutely nothing to do with either, the Leftist march toward their goals continues. Yes, hysteria kills - because those willing to kill to achieve their goals are happy when their intended targets are screaming “OMGWTFBBQ” instead of implementing tactics & strategy to stop them.

Well, how convenient of you to decree what can and cannot be discussed.

The larger is issue IS the usurpation of the rule of law.

But, I can understand your dilemma – you want to focus on one issue to the exclusion of others to keep a tight control on the discussion because once you put it in context of Obama’s shredding the rule of law you will lose the argument.

BTW, you can leave out personal jibes and created falsehoods about others, they are useless as a weapon against persons such as myself. They readily show a distinct lack of intellectual heft to your contentions, by as a form of argumentation they are useless.

I’m not bossing you around.
I’m saying it’s hard to have a productive discussion if you’re blathering about vague tangents and insulting others.
If you don’t understand the legal definition of “armor piercing” on this thread, there’s no point continuing conversation with you here.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed, excepting such horrific articles as scary musket attachments, safety devices such as a pillow stuffed in a can and attached to the end of the musket, or musket balls that are shaped rather than round, or any such items as may be conceived thereof in the future. Also, all privately owned cannon is a no-go.

Hmm... that doesn't look quite right.

I’m not bossing you around.

Oh really, then what do you call:

This thread is not about immigration amnesty.
This thread is not about Obamacare.
This thread is not about the Obama’s usurping rule of law generally.

I’m saying it’s hard to have a productive discussion if you’re blathering about vague tangents and insulting others.

Where did I do that?
YOU were the who said:

And while you’re freaking out about a complete stranger not addressing Obamacare and usurpation of immigration law

when their intended targets are screaming “OMGWTFBBQ” instead of implementing tactics & strategy to stop them.

If you don’t understand the legal definition of “armor piercing” on this thread, there’s no point continuing conversation with you here.

Speaking of tangents, where did I bring up the definition of “armor piercing”?
