If Adam Laxalt is anything like Paul Laxalt, it would be a day and night change.
Both Adam’s father and grandfather served in the Senate (his birth father is former NM Sen. Pete Domenici). It may be early to promote him, but I don’t see why he shouldn’t take the seat back (it was his grandfather’s until Dingy won it in 1986).
