In addition, Israel has forced its employers in the West Bank to pay [Israeli] minimum wage, which is 23 shekels an hour,to Palestinian workers. Minimum wage ensures that people who are not worth minimum wage stay unemployed. Think of it as a way to ensure Israelis are employed ahead of Palestinians (do not interpret my statement to imply that I give a damn about Palestinians).
