Congressman Luis Gutierrez of Illinois was also there. Some freepers went. I drove by and did not see the protestors but salute them for showing up. If I had seen them I would have stopped and helped out.

Thank you for referencing that article sheikdetailfeather. Please bear in mind that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.

Note that the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate immigration, immigration uniquely a 10th Amendment-protected state power issue. So if Rep. Grayson really wants to support lawless Obama’s unconstitutional immigration policy then he must do the following.

Rep. Grayson must rally Congress to propose an immigration amendment to the Constitution to the states. And if the states choose to ratify the amendment then the feds will have the constitutional authority that they need to regulate immigration and Rep. Grayson will be a hero.
