A court ruling clears the way for hundreds and perhaps thousands of immigrants improperly expelled to Mexico from Southern California to be allowed to return to seek legal U.S. residency, an official with a civil rights group said on Saturday

So these folks initial relationship with our country is to ignore its laws but then when they feel abused they turn to our legal system. Go figure.

So she illegally entered our country, had a baby at our expense, that baby is by some antiquated law a citizen and now we have to support her and her child forever.

“Judges” are America’s top criminals these days. They ALL should be arrested and thrown in jail. Maggots from foreign countries come here, break our laws and the black robed, sexal deviant tyrants provide protection for them. What this “judge” is doing is illegal. He/she/it has broken the law and should be arrested for aiding and abetting foreign criminals. He/she/it then should be forced to cut his/her/its own lawn and clean his/her/its own house.

It's only one of the earlier consequences of government-linked bosses using foreigners as slaves. The later consequences can be humdingers. The Fourteenth Amendment was one of the Reconstruction Amendments.

There is no mention of whether or not she or another household member are employed. Interesting, though. What if she is employed? With nearly 100 million American adults out of work, what would be the most likely source of her income?

Therein lies the rub. Mexican citizens in the United States are not subject to the political jurisdiction thereof. A Mexican can get a speeding ticket but not be charged with treason.
