If there isn’t anything insidious in the new regulations, why would they be hiding them from scrutiny

Christian and conservative websites will be shut down when the feral government controls the Internet.

What’s with these fools out there that don’t understand that the Internet is a -—shared-— media

So now the giant bandwidth hogs content provider have an Internet “all you can eat” bandwidth buffet they can clean out at will ..and make money for doing it..

Leaving the average end user nothing but bandwidth table scraps ...brilliant....

The truth is that there is enough black line lying idle in ground (fiber optic) that speed or favoritism is moot...search engines post those who pay first...this is pure tyranny ...our web works just fine these bastards and bitches just want to tax it now...tax...tax... tax...the scary part I have heard is that the same body will be the court for any disputes...that is bad, very bad. From what I understand this will be challenged and not implemented for at least 2-5 years...but that is all hearsay...I hate this Kenyan and the American liberals that see nothing wrong with this action...boggles the mind.

basic economics...

unlimited consumption for zero extra cost of a finite commodity...

Internet bandwidth...

Means it pays to be the biggest most gluttonous pig of that commodity

Especially if you’re making money by consuming

The biggest pig gets gets it all

Soros and Obama have ruined so many things that I’ve gone almost completely independent. Over last eight years, no social media, no more cable, no more health insurance, far more conservative and way less GOP, more camping and hiking, and now I’ll probably unplug the internet too!

The poster of the Boot Licker sort of reminds me of this from France, May 1968:

The government isn't who you think it is. It isn't de Gaulle. It's really something awful.

Being as the FCC didn’t have the authority to do this in the first place, a new Republican president’s FCC appointees changing the regs will set a precedent that now solidifies an authority that they did not have. I won’t hold my breath that Congress will do anything. Hopefully court challenges will occur and be successful, but I won’t be surprised if the results aren’t any different than the Healthcare debacle of SCOTUS in 2012. I haven’t been able to enjoy surfing the Net since I heard about this on Rush last Tuesday. And now add to this the bullet grab thing, I am so worried for my children and grandchildren.

Very similar to the NewsMax article that I was reading only because it was one of the sites as part of the startup homepages on one of my browsers:
