Apparently Rubio has changed his mind on illegals too.
Interesting, I changed my opinion on that recently myself.
Very interesting.
I am a complete non-smoker now, but I support Ted Cruz in this.
Bump.
That is a very reasonable opinion. The states should be able to implement this pot just like alcohol...fed should decriminalize it and tax it instead of pouring billions into arrest...court time and incarceration etc...persons that hate alcohol seem to be doing alright with all of us who drink...so why can’t we get along with pot smokers who choose to do this ?...I do not smoke pot ..I do drink and smoke cigarettes...because I AM FREE to do so and will do it as long as it makes me happy...Why ?..because I choose to without asking anyone’s permission.
The ninth and tenth amendment make this pretty noncontroversial to me.
The vote in Colorado was 55/45 for. If one is a conservative candidate, the Tenth Amendment argument is the correct argument. Less government is better government.
Ted Cruz...a doper enabling libtard, who’d of thunk it. /s
TED!!!
KNOCK IT OFF!
You can NOT out liberal the liberals!!!!!
Cruz is right. Pot is a states rights issue as is gay marriage and abortion. If you don’t want it in your state then you say no.
Quite frankly I am not for the federal government deciding anything, or being involved in any decision or anything any longer.
I have had enough.
Jeb Bush Says Let States Legalize Marijuana

I am glad he did. It should be left up to the states as about 80% of what the fedgov does should be.
Irrelevant issue except for loserdopians. I agree with Cruz.
And their hero McDaddyObamaDude.
Well said. Cruz understands Federalism. That's a point in his favor. He might be the best choice for conservatives and libertarians!
Let the unconstitutional and Tyrannical Federal Drug War end. Obliterate the DEA. It would be a great start.
"And there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth" (by the Prohibitionists)...
“A would-be Republican presidential nominee has changed his mind on marijuana.”
No he didn’t. He has said in the past it is up to the state to decide that question. This article is an attempt to cast Cruz as “wishy-washee”. It FAILS.
