“Walker made a huge gaffe yesterday comparing union protestors to ISIS and it is starting to go viral. Unfortunately, with Bush’s money and the media behind the scenes, the margin of error is that small for a conservative. The man could be done by the end of the day (and I don’t want that).”
I seriously doubt it will matter to anybody important. Reagan, too, cut his teeth battling unions in Hollywood. And it DID make him more seasoned in fighting the communists.
I hope you are right, but the comments I am seeing across the web are concerning. Cruz is my guy right now, but I like Walker as an alternate if Ted never gains traction.
Don’t know about huge gaffe...usual union thugs probably don’t like it, but there is a large difference between those in Madison and those on shop floors and at least here in WI they’re smart enough to understand that. Take a read of the death threats Walker has had going since he took office the most classic of course being “I’m going to gut your wife like a deer” he’s been dealing with terror threats against his family for 4 years now just because of his politics.
Hell at least with ISIS he can bomb them to death.
The left is always trying to gin up butt hurt. Lets not try to do the same.
