Cuban President Raul Castro and US Vice-president Joe Biden are among the guests expected at the inauguration of President Tabare Vazquez this coming Sunday in Montevideo.
According to HavaTimes, The encounter will come two days after the second round of negotiations between the US and Cuba set for Friday February 27 in Washington. The two countries are trying to pave the way to a reopening of embassies in their respective capitals.
Also expected in Montevideo for the beginning of a new term of Vazquez (following Jose Mujica, the current leader) are the presidents of Brasil, Dilma Rousseff, Chile, Michelle Bachelet, Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro and Paraguay, Horacio Cartes. Bolivias Evo Morales will be in Uruguay as of Thursday.
I’m glad we’re sending our A team.
Is that the Castro from Cuba or the one from San Antonio?
I guess it doesn’t matter they are pretty close to being the same person.
What's the difference?
A regular orgy of Communists.
LOL, this will teach Castro a lesson
Can’t wait to hear what our dipstick says this time around, or who he might start groping down there.
Raul Castrol, whatever his mental prowess is, will be ten times the intellect of Joe Biden. So what this means is that our Vice-President is submitting himself to be used by an enemy of our nation.
Cuba has been recognized as an enemy of our nation since before the Kennedy administration. And yet, Obama and Biden still haven’t caught on.
Perhaps another fifty-fife years would do the trick.
oh wonderful
Obammy has finally found a ‘cover story’ for sending Biden away from his job in the Senate
sending him 6000 miles away to meet with a notorious old commie... like that was good to go shoot selfies with an old commie bum...like that was even necessary...
(just what we’d expect from Obammy...he makes use of his commie and IslamoNazi comrades both at home and abroad, anything for his Transformational agenda)
Biden: “So what can I give you, so you can give me something big enough to wipe Bibi off the front page?”
Will Mrs. Castro be there? I can’t wait.
