RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - Two Republican state lawmakers won't be seeking re-election.

Sen. Jeff McWaters of Virginia Beach and Del. Tom Rust of Herndon said Wednesday that they won't be seeking re-election.

"Rust is a moderate Republican and one of a handful of GOP legislators who supports expanding Medicaid eligibility. He narrowly won re-election in 2013 in a district that leans Democratic."
