Actually there was an article someone posted here in the last few days about undoing a drivers license law in NM. It has overwhelming support across the state so i am somewhat surprised by Martinez.
Why do we assume that, in states where the Attorney General’s office is an elected position, the will of the Attorney General is necessarily subservient to that of the Governor on legal matters?

There is overwhelming support for a requirement to show photo ID at the polls as well. The problem here is the same as on the national level: so called ‘republicans’ are just an extension of the democrat party.
I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with Susana. I regret helping her get into her first term in office. Her supporting of Obama in any way shape or form (amnesty) puts her clearly in the enemy’s camp.
