Bill Gates is talking about spending 16 billion worthless dollars of a worthless country. this is dirt cheap. we don’t need no stinkin rich countries to kill the cost of power.
Hell the fed can print out 16 billion dollars for nothing to do nothing.
It would be easy enough for the fed to print 16 billion dollars from nothing to do something. something big. something really big. something the like of which will make the USA a rich country again.
