Looks to me like Rios is white and cop is black, so why not call racism. Far as I am concerned though, if she doesn’t walk, she gets drug. She was given a chance.
I thought she was black too. And though she didn’t move fast, I think this cop moved too fast. She’s mentally ill, nothing wrong with giving her a minute or two or three.
