I’ve already tried politely and patiently to explain it to you. There is nothing more to be said.
You keep saying that Bill O’Reilly never claimed to have reported from a war zone in the Falkland Islands, and yet he DID claim that very thing in one of his books.
You are having trouble explaining it, because it is something that cannot be explained. You are, quite simply, wrong.
Parsing of words but who really cares. Forget the socialist attack dogs, we have you and the others on this site. Once we can dispose of O'Reilly under the Brian Williams standards then lets go after Levin, Hewitt, Limbaugh, Hannity, Gallagher, Medved, Bennett and the rest of the conservative community.
I'm sure if we join together with the liberals and utilize the internet, we can find something that can bring down these guys..........

Does this mean NOBODY covered the Falklands War? This is just payback for Williams’ lies.
CNN and MSNBC are trying to keep this alive. Makes sense, since they have nothing else to attract viewers.

O’Reilly is a big phony, especially when he wears the mantle of “Mr. Devout Catholic.”
I can’t speak on the facts of this case, but it is very interesting that the media felt a strong need to find a conservative who they could take down in order to balance the Williams scandal. Would they have done the same if O’Reilly had been the one originally disgraced? Of course not.
If anything, the more O’Reilly gets attacked the more exposure he gets. O’Reilly’s accomplishments are truly amazing from the books he writes to his journalism career. As I said the more he gets attacked and badmouthed the better it is for him. 99% of the people see right through the attacks on O’Reilly. I heard the interview of Corn by Hughe Hewitt and Corn came off as evasive and petty and really not very credible. He kept threatening to quite the interview and was basically telling Hewitt to ask him the questions he wanted to answer. That is the thing about liberals. They can dish it out but they cannot take.
BillO’Reilly will fair even better as a result of these attacks.
I love this savaging of O’Reilly. The more he gets attacked on FR or the MSM the more positive exposure he will get. BOR is a big boy and he is playing this like a well tuned fiddle. It is just like liberals to go back 30 years about a non issue, or 150 years to claim that slavery mentality is rampant in today’s world like Sharpton does, or 1000 years to point out that Christians did exactly the same thing Muslim terrorists are doing as Obama pointed out. Liberals are so thin skinned and really cannot take the kinds of pummeling people at Fox take. Too funny.
This is nothing but an attempt to attack conservatives and the so called "conservative bubble". It also reflects the anger and jealousy failed liberal media types have for O'Reilly's success.
It is also an attempt to attack FOX after the Brian Williams lies. This is not like the Brian Williams case where he repeatedly lied.
