there should be quotas to insure they stay compliant with the national demographic ... especially for publicly owned corporations
During the 2008 election cycle, there was an article on FR that noted some 57% of NBC News staffers were Gal, Lesbian, openly bi, or transsexual.
Just imagine what those numbers are now??
