The Left now wants to label food according to how much it causes global warming. Really.

The nation’s top nutritional panel is recommending for the first time that Americans consider the impact on the environment when they are choosing what to eat, a move that defied a warning from Congress and, if enacted, could discourage people from eating red meat.

"hole"foods alert. So, what's the trade off? Take the animals out of the methane releasing cycle and devour them or leave them in the cycle to further pollute the atmosphere. Uh, hello. We're carnivores. I've heard that kellog's requires it's providers to document the AGW impact of their products. WTH?

I think I’ll eat some Chili. That should cause some greenhouse gas emissions.

Today my wife made noodle salad with carrots, peas and mushrooms.

She asked how I liked it.

I said next time I’m making it with meat, cheese and egg.

I got mine clicking on this link about Antarctica

http://news.yahoo.com/antarctica-mystery-continent-holds-key-mankinds-future-050358318.html

Shoulda known better...it’s subtle, but persistent.

For all that aren’t clear on it, the fall of Oregon Governor John Kitzhaber was brought about by what is a persistent move by all the West Coast States to push a global warming agenda. It’s all about money & control, not climate, of course.

Breakfast time out here on the left coast.

I'm having thick sliced bacon, eggs and English muffins and more non-free trade coffee.

Big ole juicy steak, a pitcher of martinis out of the refrigerator and the windows wide open with the furnace (natural gas is cheap!) set on full blast.

May start the pickup up too just to melt the snow off’n it.

I make up for most of my carnivoristic consumption with substantial intake of plant-based beer and wine.

After breakfast of bacon and eggs, I am going to start on my next batch of Canadian bacon. Put a little smoke in the air for a few hours. I see it's working already as I woke up to 25degrees this morning.

Some smoked beef brisket sounds good also, hmmm....
