Absolutely. Instead of the media portraying it as "amusing", it would be called a "firestorm", with wall to wall coverage. Women's groups would be calling it a form of sexual assault,and would be demanding his resignation. Gloria Allred would crawl out from under her rock, getting her face in front of as many cameras as she could find.

I saw this quote yesterday but forgot to note the source. Perhaps someone has it:

My question is: Where is NOW and all the other women’s groups? We have colleges that are now claiming if a man touches a women he is committing a sexual assault.
Reminds me a bit of the movie "Primary Colors", the story itself based on Bill Clinton's first Presidential campaign. It's a behind-the-scene look, and one thing which struck me about the movie is the way in which it depicted the campaign organization's gradual release from any moral ground - thereby becoming a reflection of the campaign head's similar amoral attitude. Attracting workers of similar ilk, that became the "new normal", and was thereby not only tolerated, but celebrated. I think the same phenomenon occurs today with the modern Democrat Party and its followers, so it's not surprising that your friends think that Biden's oversexed behavior toward their young daughter is both titillating and bordering on wonderful.

Thank you. It might be funny when Biden speaks, but HE isn’t funny one lick. He aids our enemies, and goes outside the country to literally RECRUIT illegal immigrants. Gitmo is spot on!!
If a Republican acted like Biden the little hypocrites at the New York Times would wake up and start screaming.

When the photographer said "get ready", I stepped aside, put my hand out and said, "Hey, John, shake!" In that split second he took my hand reflexively and I spun my head and grinned towards the camera. Flash! Over and done — "Gotta go!" I called to the photographer on my way out of the room.
