The republicans can never do victory laps. While they would be lapping, the democrats would just have judges change the laws to their likings. When is the last time a democrat progressive gave up on anything? Especially immigration. They know this is there once chance to have a permanent majority in every office in the nation down to dog catcher. There’s a reason the illegals are being sent and housed in undisclosed locations.
