Immigrant rights advocates say Texas ruling won't stand

Ignoring a federal judge's decision to block President Obama's move to scale back deportations, immigrant rights advocates are pushing ahead with their efforts to get illegal immigrants enrolled in the program.

The advocates argue that the ruling to suspend Obama's expanded deferred action programs was ideologically driven and will be eventually be overturned by higher courts. “Immigrant families remain on a path to justice," Rocio Saenz, executive vice president of the Service Employees International Union, said Tuesday in a statement. "This ruling — issued by a lone, out-of-touch judge, singularly sought out by extremist Republican governors and attorney generals — is a temporary disappointment, but in no way a permanent setback."

Marielena Hincapié, executive director of the National Immigration Law Center, said the decision falls "far outside the legal mainstream," noting that other courts have dismissed similar lawsuits.

"Opponents’ declarations of victory today are premature," Hincapié said in a statement. "We are confident that the courts will ultimately side with the scores of legal experts, state leaders, city officials, and law enforcement leaders who say that these immigration initiatives are both in full compliance with law and deeply beneficial to our communities, society, and country."

Immigrant rights advocates? More like law breakers advocates. These lawless vermin have zero respect for the american constitution or the rule of law, just like the Kenyan communist.

immigrant rights advocates = illegal alien pressure groups

The first step is to accurately define terms.

Just change “illegal immigrants” to “gay marriage” and see how the liberals respond to a judge’s decision.

Link to Scribd file of ruling.

Obama claims "prosecutorial discretion" allows him to not deport illegal aliens, but he is doing more than that. His "executive action" claims to grant work authorization - which is a violation of federal law. As explained in the ruling the states have and will suffer harm, hence the court issued the injunction.

Prosecutorial discretion appears nowhere in the Constitution and even if it did. It doesn’t negate USC 8.

EO is not “Law”, though both EOs and Bureaucratic “Rulz” count as Law most of the time. Congress needs to get its act together.

Texas and the other states should also ignore the crazy Supreme Court ruling that makes states financially responsible to shell out tax dollars to feed, house, educate, medicate and incarcerate the illegal squatters In their states while the federal government ignores the laws requiring it to close the borders.

“Immigrant families remain on a path to justice,”

Immigrant families applied to be Americans and complied with our laws. They are on the path to citizenship that our laws have laid out.
Fraudulently Documented Foreigners on the other hand have now been prevented from taking advantage of an illegal program made up out of thin air by this administration.

A bunch of arrogant MEXICAN citizens, trying to tell US, a sovereign nation, that they have a RIGHT to invade said sovereign nation, and DEMAND that we bow to their will, and be allowed to break our laws with impunity. And we have a POSOTUS that at the behest of his business and political backers, has SIDED with and encourages these arrogant mexicans.

Regardless of this court outcome, if texas capitulates to the demands of the illegal lobby and la raza caucus, then it confirms the fact that the goal of the NAU crowd all along was to erase the southern border, and turn the US into a third world mexican style socialist oligarchy.

And to all of the illegal cheap labor lovers here: if you think you’ll profit from
this move, think again. The goal is to reduce YOU to the same level of serfdom as those illegals that you employ.

Immigrant’s rights?

So tell me when do my Citizen’s ‘Rights’ kick in? As I see it I have the right to be a wage and tax slave to the various levels of government and these... illegal immigrants get all sorts of ‘benefits’ that were originally intended for American ‘citizens’ to help them get though bad times in their lives.

So tell me when do my Citizen’s ‘Rights’ kick in?

Regrettably..., that has become a rhetorical question! We all know the answer as things stand today!
