I sincerely hope this is true. Someone has to stand against this lawlessness. McConnell has made sure Congress is useless.
Keep your fingers crossed. I think some key people may have presented and proved the whole amnesty thing was pre-planned and staged to the right ears. The King will not be happy.
It is my belief that Mitch (and everyone else) was counting on just such a decision by the courts. The decision makes the Senate vote moot because the policy is voided.
DHS can now be funded with no amnesty problem worries.
