FERGUSON, MO – Federal prosecutors are bringing charges in one of the fires in riots that destroyed businesses after the Michael Brown grand jury decision.
A federal grand jury indicted Antonio Whiteside, 26, charging him with the arson of the Ferguson Market, the spokesman for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in St. Louis said.

Waiting for race baiters to claim that, see, they indict a brother for expressing righteous indignation and outrage over the Brown shooting injustice, but they won’t indict the white cop who shoot Brown for no reason. Which to them will be evidence of the system being unfair to.minorities. just wait! Someone will come out with reactions along these lines.

I remember this guy from previous news articles. The little scumbag is apparently a professional agitator, and was probably working hand-in-hand with those "Protest Marshalls" the DOJ sent down there to "coach" the protestors.
I'm betting the federal charges are because DOJ wants to keep control of the case, and who talks to the press about what.
