Little League Baseball vacated all of Chicago-area Jackie Robinson West’s wins from the 2014 Little League World Series tournament on Wednesday.

From what I can gather, it was a case of “they all do it”, and I don’t know that these violations were particularly egregious. I haven’t seen them spelled out in any detail. I’m supposing they all lived in the area, just not within the boundaries spelled out ... but maybe they did stretch things too far.
I did read that the complaint was made by a local rival, who they are saying has committed the same kind of violations in the past, and this seems to be where the B vs. W angle originates.

It looks like they routinely move boundaries around as a means of making trades which is within the rules but in this case not everybody was getting the same map.
