SEN. JEFF FLAKE LAYS OUT PLAN FOR GOP TO CAVE TO OBAMA’S AMNESTY
Breitbart ^ | February 12, 2015 | Matthew Boyle

It didn’t take long for one of the GOP establishment’s most public faces to reveal why House Speaker John Boehner’s amnesty advocate Becky Tallent was pushing last week to revive the once-dead border bill from House Homeland Security Committee chairman Rep. Mike McCaul (R-TX).

In a lengthy Senate floor speech on Wednesday, Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ)—a member of the “Gang of Eight” amnesty group from last Congress that failed to get its bill through both chambers—said that Republicans shouldn’t “poke the president in the eye” by fighting to stop his executive amnesty.

Being from AZ, I agree with you 100%. I don’t vote for McCain and the Flake won’t be getting my vote from here on out. Those two jackasses define RINO. They are just a couple of commie libs, IMHO.

Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ)...said that Republicans shouldn’t “poke the president in the eye” by fighting to stop his executive amnesty.

Really? That's why we elected you gutless GOP idiots to the House and Senate, stupid! Grow a pair, stick him in the eye, and then stomp on his hands so he can't sign the veto.

An open letter to the GOP Members of Congress

As a Representative or Senator in Congress, you take this Oath:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God."

"Support and defend the Constitution" it says. Did you see that? That document, in turn, requires, per Art.4, S.4, that

"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."

An invasion is what we are suffering. That invasion has accelerated with each "comprehensive immigration reform" previously enacted. Instead of another disastrous reform that yet again increases the incentives for millions more to try their luck crossing the southern border, a Member of Congress who took his Oath and the Constitution seriously would be pressing for what the American people have repeatedly said they want - not what Senators Schumer and McCain's Gang of Eight, Rep. Paul Ryan, Mark Zuckerberg, Becky Tallent, Mexico, K St, some border state farmers and homebuilders or the Chamber of Commerce rent-seekers want. That is, to eliminate those things that make illegal entry more attractive than legal:
  1. secure the border in a transparently verifiable way;
  2. end the anchor-baby interpretation of the 14th Amendment;
  3. enforce eVerify without exception and with severe penalties;
  4. end chain migration - entry per individual qualifications, not family ties;
  5. deportation upon contact with any law enforcement agency - federal, state or local
  6. no government benefits beyond critical emergency care (and that ought to be billed back to the home government); and
  7. NO "Path to Citizenship" - EVER - for anyone who has entered the US illegally.
Any measure that does not accomplish these things is unacceptable. It is de facto amnesty. And it will inevitably, ineluctably encourage millions and millions more illegal entries.

If the GOP is complicit in granting amnesty - and any action that permits those who entered the US illegally to benefit from that illegal act is amnesty - the GOP will cease to exist. It will not survive through the 2016 elections. The people will shun the over-tanned, glad-handing, backslapping quislings and look elsewhere for leaders who actually have the spine for the fight. Make no mistake - to me and to many, many others, amnesty is the GOP's Rubicon. Cross it at your electoral peril.

Just another indication that the two party system has died.

What I find incomprehensible is that these pussies are quite comfortable kissing the asses of Soetoro, Reid and Pelosi.

They are ALL complicit. They only put on a dog and pony show to keep the mobs from showing up and kicking their a$he$ out of Congress

this flake is the worst kind of politician. he actively courted tea party support (i know from the deluge of bogus emails he sent unsolicted to me), and now takes the opposite side. it’s too bad that az keeps falling for these types.

The cowards and traitors in both houses of Congress and the WH for continually betraying the people of this country would be removed and prosecuted if this was still a Constitutional Republic.

WHO? I never voted for either one of these SOB’s, and any FReepers who DID, did NOT do their due diligence.

Yet more proof that Congress is not the solution to our current problems. And this clown is one of my senators, unfortunately.

Flake was elected as the “senator representing Arizona”. But it appears that he prefers to be the “senator representing Obama”.

I replied to another thread last night, but thought I’d re-post to make sure the plan is crystal clear. This amnesty program is about redistricting in 2020. With all the new valid identities with government documentation, the census will have to include these new inhabitants in its count. Boundaries will be redrawn in red states, taking precious republican votes away from safe seats, putting them into play, in order to balance out the new obama constituency.

This program is designed to permanently steal the House.

i can only speak for myself, of course. in my experience, GOP Freepers are generally a breed apart from the average republican.

anyone paying attention to the info on flake coming across this board should have known he was a fraud. infact, he was known as a GOP “appropriator” here, as i recall.

Why not print this questionaire up encircle your answers and send it to your US Senator

Dear Senator
INS...Amnesty.. Forget about Ebola
We don’t allow cattle to enter without a background health and ancestry check which we also reqiure of legal immigrants who wait years and still go thru health and record checks. We also require that any legal immingrant demonstrate prior to entry that they offer a contribution to our society and not dependency upon it .

Yet we’re letting children and gang bangers in without doing any of this which has resulted in dispersing virulent new diseases (measles) and drug use which has resulted in unreported cases in schools where these illegal kids were placed.. Plus shoved a severe financial strain on local governments where they are placed .

Should any candidate for Attorney General supporting that practice be denied confirmation ?(Yes) (No) .Should those given this bypassed favored treatment who miss their INS hearing be deported fortwith ? (Y) (N).. ? Denied re-entry (Y)(N) ?

In “countries where an American citizen decides to be a “legal” emigree never mind being a seasonal visitor still are denied voting privledges. Own land in their own name. Face steep fines before getting kicked out let alone denied income and energy subsistance including food stamps, or bring in family members .

I (do) (don’t) believe we should allow such full citizenship privledges mentioned above which are denied by the country of national origin of the above, to a legal American immigrant , deny such full citizen privledges to any (emigree) (seasonal vistor) (illegal) if their country does not allow those same privledges to any citizen of the United States, .
While such a position will be condemed as defacto deportation particularly by the political establishment .

Would you continue to support a Senator who refuses to support such restrictions ? (Y) (N) Does that also include erecting border barriers such as fencing designed to discourage surrepticious or uncontolled entry ? (Yes) (No)

Should any American citizen which goes overseas to join a foreign entity fighting against the United States (such as ISIS) Be denied re-entry (Y)(N) and their citizenship revoked? (Y) (N) Should that person be charged with treason (Y)(N)

Very Truly Yours For Restoring the value of American citizenship and Conservative Government

Include your return address label below along with your signature and date

Flake, a Fidel Castro Sycophant, has been lobbying in favor of the Cuban Stalinist regime for many years. His goal is that the American taxpayers keep afloat the Cuban regimen by playing the sugar daddy role previously played by the Soviet Union and later by Venezuela, UNTIL BOTH WENT BROKE. Thanks to Obama, Flake will see his dreams come true.

Venezuela's Maduro broke, Obama to the rescue of the Cuban regime
