Nope, not going to happen. The muslims won’t nuke Al-Aqsa, they just want to use the threat of nuclear attack to prevent Israel from using nukes in response to a conventional invasion.
Could never be a convention invasion. They couldnt hide enough troops without Israel noticing.
But....
They can sure try to sneak a nuke in.
