And they are specifically EXEMPTED from the Obamacare tax penalty (for no insurance).
That is pure discrimination against the legal citizenry.
It's worse than anyone realizes.
Exemption from Obamacare penalty is automatic for illegal aliens, professional welfare recipients, felons in prison, and the "homeless," but if you are unwillingly unemployed, and can't afford insurance, but your retired husband on social security can manage to maintain the household without eviction, foreclosures, bankruptcy, repossessions, etc., the penalty stands... even if it means reduction in heat, food, clothing and necessary medications.
I am looking forward to writing my senator and representative asking for a defense of that Obama compassionate it's-the-right-thing-to-do kindness.
