Exemption from Obamacare penalty is automatic for illegal aliens, professional welfare recipients, felons in prison, and the "homeless," but if you are unwillingly unemployed, and can't afford insurance, but your retired husband on social security can manage to maintain the household without eviction, foreclosures, bankruptcy, repossessions, etc., the penalty stands... even if it means reduction in heat, food, clothing and necessary medications.
I am looking forward to writing my senator and representative asking for a defense of that Obama compassionate it's-the-right-thing-to-do kindness.

Congress has to keep passing laws to try to undo executive branch overreach but it does no good, because extra-legal is extra-legal and will continue to be. The Tea Party was more aptly named than anyone even realized back in 2009.
