A recent book by President Barack Obama’s former senior advisor David Axelrod confirms what basically everyone knew already: Obama lied about opposing gay marriage in 2008 in order to win the presidency.
“Opposition to gay marriage was particularly strong in the black church, and as he ran for higher office, he grudgingly accepted the counsel of more pragmatic folks like me, and modified his position…” Axelrod writes. But where does that leave his claim made to ABC’s Robin Roberts during the 2012 election that he changed his mind because of his daughters?
You know, Malia and Sasha, they’ve got friends whose parents are same-sex couples. And I– you know, there have been times where Michelle and I have been sittin’ around the dinner table. And we’ve been talkin’ and– about their friends and their parents. And Malia and Sasha would– it wouldn’t dawn on them that somehow their friends’ parents would be treated differently. It doesn’t make sense to them. And– and frankly– that’s the kind of thing that prompts– a change of perspective. You know, not wanting to somehow explain to your child why somebody should be treated– differently, when it comes to– the eyes of the law.

You know, that’s about the most incendiary headline I’ve seen this side of MSNBC.
I have to say that Malia and Sasha are cute girls.
The democrats have certainly had some ugly presidential daughters in the past.
His daughters might want to forgo participation in the human genome project.
I can’t imagine anyone is fooled when a Democrat lies about his beliefs. Everyone knows what he believes.
The purpose it serves is to upset opposition attacks, is all. Conservatives know he believes in gay marriage, indeed, he’s probably gay himself. His supporters know he believes in it, and that he is only lying for tactical reasons, and they are fine with that.
I’ve known Democrats who, when you point out a lie by their favorite guy, will quite openly say “of course he says that, he has to...”
Democrats admired Clinton for his ability to spin anything. And they admire Obama for the same reason. They don’t demand honesty from their politicians, they demand that he validate their prejudices. If he’ll do that, they’ll follow him all the way to hell.

Maybe because some people are different and not always in ways that are good?
Maybe because children need to know that there are concepts like RIGHT and WRONG?
Maybe because the Obama children need to learn how to make value judgements so they don't grow up to be brain-dead liberals like their mother and father?
Obama’s support for queer marriage was a secret. It was not until Sloe Joe spilled the beans one day on Meet the Press did the Bamster finally have to “out” himself.
Obama is gay? With those manly hands?

So what’s new here? That our president is a fag? I knew that.
That our president lied to get elected? Knew that too, right when it was happening.
That he needed to lie about gay marriage to not lose the black vote? He was going to get over 90% of that demographic no matter what happened.
So what?
