The guy's right. We've had over 6' of snow here in Boston this winter. Mass transit is shut down. There's no on-street parking in the city. And we'll soon set the annual snowfall record.
Sure could use some global warming, though.

Yes.
The visiting nurse can’t even get to my elderly mom because there is no place for her to put her car.
Most snow in Boston since they have been keeping records.
