There’s a lot worse.
I don’t begrudge ICR their idiosyncrasies. It’s harmless.
They do have a good eye for interesting research. They will point out a lot of good articles I would have otherwise not been aware of.

I don’t work for ICR or any other creationist organization, so it can’t be “self-serving”.

Ah but what about this eternal question:
What came first, the snake or the egg?

And I believe the earth is six thousand years old, and Bob’s your Uncle.

It isn’t just a name. It is placed in a taxonomic structure that is used to refine relationships in biology. Despite the creature’s superficial resemblance to a snake, it is a lizard and has qualities that define it as such. Is a whale a fish, or a dog a cat?

Snake had to come first, eggs don’t lay themselves.

You can deny the truth all you want. The thing about science is, it doesn’t matter whether or not you believe it.

Hey. There’s a thread where someone says the moon is made of green cheese.
Better get over there quick and set them straight!

The moon being made of green cheese is no more ridiculous than some of the creationism arguments I’ve heard.
