G-factor intelligence isn't everything, although it does seem to have explanatory value for the blind racial allegiance Obama commands. However, there are many types of talent that a person can have--mathematical, artistic, musical, literary... and their correlation with IQ type intelligence may not be strong. In particular, I believe that glib bullshitting of the con-man variety is a type of skill, too, and Obama is truly gifted in this area.
