He and McCain were the RINOs left standing after all the pure-as-the-driven-snow shot all the real conservatives in the backs during the primaries for all their perceived slights. 2007 - down went Hunter, Thompson, etc. 2011 - down went Gingrich, Santorum, etc. Victims of conservative FReepers who liked other conservatives less than their own.

So sure, let’s shoot up Walker and and Cruz for whatever perceived slights. Why wait for the media to do it? We do it so well ourselves! Then Jeb can waltz into the nomination because we shot Walker and the others.

By the way, how is year 6 of the Hunter/Thompson administration going? Oh, wait, it didn’t happen! We killed them both! (Let’s pat outselves on the backs for that one, boys!)

Um, I raised just over $40,000 for Fred Thompson, so how I’m guilty of derailing his candidacy is beyond me...

Santorum was not a conservative on any issue except some social issues. He didn’t mind using the government to rob others through taxes to pay for his favorite pet projects. A failing of many Christians who call themselves “conservative” but are in actuality socialists that just want the “free” money redistributed to their causes instead.

Not picking on Santorum. You can lump Hucksterbee into the same category. The former governor never met a sin tax he didn’t like.

This isn’t just an issue. It’s a deal killer for those who understand the difference between conservatism and socialism.

Hey, we conservatives have principles, doncha know? We rather go down in defeat than make even slight compromises. Only problem is our defeated candidate has Zero, Zilch, Nada, shunya, power to change any laws or move any conservative agenda.

How many laws have Santorum, Gingrich, Hunter or Thompson have signed from the White House? Zero, Zilch, Nada, shunya!

Actually, the RAT RomneyCARE attacked THompson,
and McCain, and Palin, and her children,
and the Speaker and Mr. Cain.

The RAT Romney, partner of George Soros
in JETBlue, supports .... Obama.

Anyone who blames FReepers for RAT Romney’s
partners, and agenda IS A FOOL.

Thank you for this post. I've started staying away from all Walker or Cruz threads as FReepers have gotten nasty already against the guy that isn't their choice.

It's so discouraging as we actually have a few decent candidates this time but I fear we're going to end up with Jeb because the others just aren't perfect enough!
