I propose you explain WHY you think “transgender” men should be allowed in women’s restrooms. You said it was wrong to keep them out.
A violation for which you’d get a ticket, like speeding?
That’s not what I said at all. I said it was wrong for the government to tell a private business what its restroom policy must be. It’s the same as forcing a Christian bakery to make a wedding cake for a homosexual couple or a Christian lodge to host homosexual weddings.

Yes, a vicious, sadistic, hypocritical piece of legislation. I can’t believe anyone would oppose self loathing, mentally ill men who are obsessed with self mutilation from using restrooms with girls and women. Mother nature has already determined which restroom they should be using.
A small fine or possibly minimal jail tome for not paying the fine.
I'm assuming it's just a question of using the toilet, no indecent exposure or advances of any kind. Even at that, there has to be a complaint. In general it's drunkenness related bad judgement, not a sexual thing at all.
Thanks. That’s kind of what I figured. It seems as if they have all the law they need, in that case. Using the opposite-sex bathroom is disorderly conduct, if there’s a complaint. Indecent exposure, assault, or other actions are already against the law, too.
It’s interesting that the discussion is entirely about men dressed as women, not women dressed as men. We all seem to agree that men are a threat to women in the bathroom, but not the other way around. What does “dressed as a man” even mean, when I can (and sometimes do) wear my sons’ clothes to do yard work, without anyone’s noticing.
And the cost on something like that?
Just a year ago this would have been satire. Now it’s real.
Once a society travels down the road to depravity, there is no way to climb back up.
Florida requires a restroom where meals are served.
I expect we'll see "private" restrooms with a locked door. I don't know what Florida will do about Interstate tourist facilities at Florida's borders with the other states. For the trans-gendered, I'd install a couple of "Porta-Johns" outside the facility.
The answer is to eliminate toilets, people can relieve themselves in the alleys, fields and woods as befits a true Islamic nation.
No matter what "gender" you are, we all share the same bodily functions and it's very inefficient to segregate us that way.
For those who are afraid of sexual assaults taking place, I think that fear is misplaced. More likely for a man to walk into a women's restroom to commit an assault - knowing there will be no other men in there to stop him.
Besides, women will have a "civilizing effect" on the way men currently behave in rest rooms. Men will be much less likely to pee on the floor and otherwise make slobs of themselves.

I find it amazing that for liberals, a woman’s right to privacy includes publicly funded abortion but not going to the bathroom in the security that a mentally ill man in a dress can sit half clothed nearby or take a shower unclothed in the same space.

From my very brief glimpse of what was on that site, unless it is Sodom and Ghomorrah to the nth degree, it is bigoted, prejudicial and unacceptable to Slate.
You want real depravity. The two attorneys responsible for the dog attack in SF in 2001. IN a Press Democrat story Noel said people view bestiality the way they used to view homosexuality. Some of these people know no limit to their depravity.
