It is now after the elections, and Obama's flexibility clock is ticking. He's determined to shut down Gitmo. We're all sitting here thinking its all about him releasing the terrorists. That's only one half of it. Turning Gitmo over to the Russians would be the ultimate strategy to destroy us, open borders and all.

People need to read the Constitution. Article I makes it clear that only Congress can dispose of federal property, be it by treaty or any other means.
