If a civilian is in a military aircraft flying over hostile territory, generally speaking, you are going to have precarious control of your emotions at best. If the aircraft is struck be enemy fire and has to land, that moment would never be misremembered and you’d likely have a smelly set of souvenir briefs.
Believe me, if you’re ever in an aircraft that gets hit by an RPG, you’ll damn well know it.
