If you've ever been near Searchlight Nevada, Reid's home town, you would know that the highlight of the town is the fact that it's a T-Shaped junction of two highways ... and that's about it. Plenty of "safe" parking space around for drunks.
Message in this is that Harry's influence inside Nevada is slipping badly.
