Online polls like the Drudge poll are completely worthless.

You’re generally right, online polls are usually not worth very much. The recent Drudge poll I think is different because Walker won by such a wide margin. Unlike most internet polls, this one put people on notice that Walker is a serious candidate. It gives him some brief momentum. Brief being key, as in no one will remember the poll by Friday.

Yes, they are. I voted for Scott Walker 5 or 6 times.

Completely wrong. Polls are not taken to measure opinion they are taken to shape opinion. The mere size of the Drudge audience makes the headline very influential. It’s time to stop thinking in worn out facts. Understand that Alynski is the model of modern politics. Now watch the Government react in fear and try to censor the internet. It’s happening as I write.

Online polls like the Drudge poll are completely worthless.
While many online polls are "indeed" worthless, Drudge's poll this week was remarkably valuable.
I didn't say "scientifically accurate".
I said "valuable".
Most respondees are a presidential campaign's "political infantry", the folks who (unpaid) walk precients, work phone banks, distribute yard signs.
Jeb Bush ended-up with about five percent.
Rank-and-File Conservatives didn't care about Jeb's horrible numbers, but you can bet the "GOP Donor Class" did.
The Iowa Primary is a year away.
"Nothing" can be done to rescue Jeb Bush.
Meanwhile, Drudge's poll revealed how strong Ted Cruz is, and the depth of the "Google Ron Paul" libertarian loons on the political scene.
