The fact that the FAA lets anyone do anything on the moon is a real problem. The U.S. has no right to grant anything as a result of treaty that guarantees socialism on the Moon. That right has already been ceded to international authority.

Treaties come and treaties go, eh?Absolutely! All this country needs to do is withdraw from it. If that happens, private investment seeks profit and we are off to the races. As it is now, nobody will invest if you have to turn over profit to the UN.
