I would have been tempted to tell the hospital staff that he had been exposed to Hep C. Then maybe they would have been more interested in helping him live, seeing as how his organs were now not viable for transplant.

Obamacare has money for “studies” (from the architect himself, GRUBER) to determine whether a procedure has a “good” outcome. (from their “stats” of course) If the outcome is not rated good, insurance will NOT pay. Then you are on your own, but Obamacare has a solution for that. Hospitals may be forced NOT to do procedures if not “warranted by the study panels, because they accept Medicare and Obamacare.
