Vincent Harris, the CEO of the Austin-based firm Harris Media, currently serves as Chief Digital Strategist to Kentucky Senator Rand Paul, and was highly active in the 2012 US presidential elections, where he handled online campaigning for candidates Rick Perry and Newt Gingrich.

Make no mistake, Paul is a clown and Perry and Gingrich's POTUS campaigns were awful, just awful. Not saying anything of that is this guy's fault but eh.....s POTUS campaigns were awful, just awful. Not saying anything of that is this guy

The most bizarre thing from the 2012 election is virtually all the Perry supporters seemed to have switched to Newt Gingrich after he dropped out. In other words, their talking point went from “debates don’t matter!” to “debates are the ONLY thing that matters!”
