I’d like to see them prosecuted for consumer fraud. They have a bad habit of presenting fraudulent billing claims, such as charging for cable modems already owned and paid for by the subscriber, refusing to terminate service when the customer requests and then charging an additional month or months, and more.
Who do we call to make major complaints to spark a prosecution of them?
I had a deal with them and noticed they were overcharging me too. I confronted them and they said they couldn’t refund me because I took too long to notify them that they were billing me for something I didn’t have (my wife pays the bills and didn’t notice it for a few months). I told hem that our state has a seven year statute of limitations on robbery and I’m calling the DA. I received my refund in full plus a free upgrade.
